through promoting the study of change and conflict management
among experts and students. Educational institutions provide
an opportunity to spread these skills widely among the next
generation of democratic leaders.
Partners builds strategic partnerships with local universities
and schools to create an intellectual framework for the
study of change and conflict management. Partners designs
academic courses utilizing both theory and practical application
for university-level programs, and offers accredited trainings
for students and faculty. In primary and secondary schools,
Partners works with teachers to offer new programs on embracing
diversity, street law, and peer mediation that empower young
people with the skills to resolve conflicts peacefully and
participate in a democratic system.
