Ray Shonholtz provides a new direction for USAID
Partners President Ray Shonholtz presents his innovative ideas for rethinking US Foreign Assistance at the Conflict Prevention and Resolution Forum.
Ray recently spoke at the Conflict Prevention and Resolution Forum's second forum in a series on Defense, Development, and Diplomacy, entitled "A New Direction for USAID—At Home and Abroad". Ray presented the results of the research he did as a Woodrow Wilson Fellow alongside a presentation by Dr. Gordon Adams, Distinguished Fellow at the Henry L. Stimson Center and professor of U.S. Foreign Policy at American University. Rick Barton, Senior Adviser of the CSIS International Security Program and Co-Director of the Post-Conflict Reconstruction Project moderated the discussion.
