Kusuma Adinugroho - Sustainable Leadership Fellow from Indonesia

Experienced in facilitation and post-conflict peace processes, Mr. Adinugroho brings his peace-building skills to Partners-Indonesia

Kusuma Adinugroho was selected as the Partners for Sustainable Leadership 2010 Fellow for Indonesia and is the architect of Partners Indonesia.

Mr. Adinugroho joins Partners after more than 32 years as a manager for development initiatives working with several international institutions, including Plan International, CARE, Catholic Relief Services and UNDP Indonesia. Kusuma brings to Partners a wide network within the peace-building field in the region, and is an experienced facilitator for NGO and government meetings, trainings and workshops. Mr. Adinugroho has been actively involved in peace processes in post-conflict provinces, most recently in Aceh as a Re-integration Advisor.

Center Director Adinugroho in cooperation with the Partners’ network of 20 national Centers is introducing and acculturaing a range of tested programs and particpatory processes relevant to client interests and needs in Indonesia.
