Strengthening Women’s Leadership in a Post-Conflict Environment: Partners and Partners-Kosovo's Women’s Leadership Program built Kosovar women’s capacity in communication, advocacy, and networking skills. Partners-Kosovo chose participants from municipalities hard-hit by unemployment, the impact of the war, and overall poverty.
Developing Mediation Services in a Post-Violent Environment: Partners founded Partners-Kosovo in spring 2001 and established a community-based mediation service to resolve local disputes and assist in stabilizing the province.
