Monitoring the Performance of Albania's National Licensing Center
Partners Albania's report on Albania's National Licensing Center is released.
During April-November 2010, Partners Albania, Center for Change and Conflict Management, with support by the Millennium Challenge Corporation Albania Threshold Program II (MCCA2), conducted a survey to monitor the National Licensing Center (NLC) performance.
The main goal of the survey was to gather data and assess the performance of the NLC, customer satisfaction and experiences with its services, and generate ideas for further improvement.
