Transnational Institutes

  • Good Governance: Through regional workshops, trainers from municipal training institutions gain the necessary tools to equip local government officials with knowledge and skills to manage change and conflict in their communities. The participants apply their skills through trainings, workshops, or other activities in their home communities while also establishing a regional network of municipal trainers to exchange their lessons learned. • Women's Leadership: Established women community leaders attend regional trainings in leadership, organizational development, conflict management, and training-for-trainers skills. They apply these skills by providing trainings for women in their home communities, and also transfer experiences and expertise through a cross-border support network.

  • Young Women's Leadership: Young women leaders attend regional trainings in personal empowerment, career, leadership and change management skills. They apply these skills through internships and community service activities, and establish a cross-border, multi-sector network of young women leaders for shared learning.
